Our brain helps us to do certain task by using sense of sight, hearing, touch, etc. But when it comes to Reading a Book, there's no single specific sense dealing with this massive complicated situation, because reading a book requires highly comprehensive skill to get it done properly. It's more like using every single part of brain to read and understand the bundle of paper with letters on it. That's the reason why kids having hard time and avoiding reading a book cause it's full of pain for that soft brain.
Yes, reading a book is not an easy job to get done. First of all, it's impossible to read a book without learing every single letter beforehand, and even if you know about it, you should know how those letter works together and be crystal clear about it. Also you should be able to understand context and figure out what an author really trying to say. This whole process sounds complicated and it is actually.
Our brain has unmeasurable possibility, and have been saying that it's possible to improve your brain by training, reading a book. At the end of the training, your brain will get used to it, furthermore, the brain will become expert of reading a book.
This YouTube video showed me making steady effort, reading a book, can improve possibility of my brain. And I know it sounds very simple but I can see the painfull efforts behind that short sentense. So I have to start what I should do on my level of reading which is extensive reading.
